How do I book a party?

Please provide full guest list no later than 1 week prior to the party
Please provide a clean, safe, and smoke free environment for dress up & activities.
Please make sure that pets are not kept in the party area.
Please remain with the party.
Please leave us a spot close to your door to park where we will not be blocked in.

We are pleased to provide birthday party entertainment for your child and guests. However, it is not our intention to violate copyright laws. Should you have the need for a licensed, copyrighted character at your event, we encourage you to contact the company/copyright holders for the specific character.

How do you recommend I time my party & entertainment?

We recommend beginning your entertainment approximately 30 - 60 minutes into the party. This will ensure that all guests have arrived and no one misses the characters. It also allows enough time for the children to have lunch or snacks prior to the games/activities starting.

Is there a travel fee?

There is an additional $50 travel fee plus tolls for parties located more than 20 to 25 miles from our office in Middletown, NJ.  Parties located 26 to 34 miles the additional travel fee will be $75 plus tolls. 35 miles or more please contact us directly. We will use Mapquest directions to determine the mileage.

What type of set-up do you require?

We require a wide open area for our dancing/game activities. For packages that include interactive story time, a chair for the princess is needed. We will need a table and chairs for the packages that include make-up or tattoos. Mascot parties require space for dancing activities.

Do you have a location/venue to host my party?

Accepted Answer

No, we do not.  All customers are responsible for providing a location for upcoming parties.  We do, however, have partnerships with many venues in our area.

What form of payment do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Payment will be collected the day of your party by your party host. We accept all forms of payment including; cash, check, Venmo, Zelle & all major credit cards. We do charge a 4% transaction fee for all credit card transaction. We may require a $100 deposit at booking.

What if I want my entertainer to stay longer?

If it does not pose a scheduling conflict, we would be happy to accommodate you. The additional rate will be $50 per 15 minutes for each character. This is required to be paid prior to the performer's additional time.

What age child counts toward my RSVP count?

If the child will be participating in the activities, they should be counted.

When will we hear from you before the party after we booked?

One of our party specialists will contact you at least 3 days prior to your party date to confirm all of the details including the number of guests.

What does your dress-up include & do the children get to keep it?

Our dress up includes tutus, wands, & crowns for the girls.  For the boys, we have capes & hats. The children do not get to keep the dress up however, we would be happy to arrange items for an additional fee that could be used as a favor or giveaway. Mascot parties will not have dress up.

We are very understanding as to unexpected occurrences. Please just let us know as soon as possible. We will be happy to work with you to rebook your party. If you choose not to reschedule, we understand, however, your deposit is nonrefundable.

What happens if an emergency arises or bad weather occurs?

We will use weather.com as a guide to determine whether it is safe for our entertainers to travel. If we feel as though it is not safe, we will do everything we can to reschedule your party at your convenience.
