We recommend beginning your entertainment approximately 30 - 60 minutes into the party. This will ensure that all guests have arrived and no one misses the characters. It also allows enough time for the children to have lunch or snacks prior to the games/activities starting.

There is an additional $50 travel fee plus tolls for parties located more than 20 to 25 miles from our office in Middletown, NJ. Parties located 26 to 34 miles the additional travel fee will be $75 plus tolls. 35 miles or more please contact us directly. We will use Mapquest directions to determine the mileage.

We require a wide open area for our dancing/game activities. For packages that include interactive story time, a chair for the princess is needed. We will need a table and chairs for the packages that include make-up or tattoos. Mascot parties require space for dancing activities.

No, we do not. All customers are responsible for providing a location for upcoming parties. We do, however, have partnerships with many venues in our area.

Payment will be collected the day of your party by your party host. We accept all forms of payment including; cash, check, Venmo, Zelle & all major credit cards. We do charge a 4% transaction fee for all credit card transaction. We may require a $100 deposit at booking.

If it does not pose a scheduling conflict, we would be happy to accommodate you. The additional rate will be $50 per 15 minutes for each character. This is required to be paid prior to the performer's additional time.

If the child will be participating in the activities, they should be counted.

One of our party specialists will contact you at least 3 days prior to your party date to confirm all of the details including the number of guests.

Our dress up includes tutus, wands, & crowns for the girls. For the boys, we have capes & hats. The children do not get to keep the dress up however, we would be happy to arrange items for an additional fee that could be used as a favor or giveaway. Mascot parties will not have dress up.
